Most CRREL technical reports, from October 1994 to date, are available full-text. The reports are in PDF format and can be downloaded, viewed, and printed. (You can download the free PDF viewer, Acrobat Reader, from the Adobe Acrobat Web Site.)

Many CRREL researchers publish journal articles, monographs, papers in conference proceedings, etc., in the open literature. These publications are called "Miscellaneous Papers," or MPs. These should be available in or through most university or research libraries; they are not routinely available through CRREL. If you are unable to acquire these publications after trying your local library sources, the CRREL Library will attempt to supply copies.
