Engineers with the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center's (ERDC) Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) are collaborating with test partners, to include private companies, government agencies, and educational institutions, to better understand how oil can be detected, mitigated to create effective spill response techniques for ice environments.
